Referrals

At The Children’s Dental Centre, we always welcome your referrals and appreciate your confidence in our care. Our goal is to provide dentists with a trusted resource to help their patients receive the best paediatric dental care.

*Patients are asked to bring the following items to their appointment:

• Any X-rays given by their family dentist
• Insurance information
• A list of medications being taken, including dosages
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver who can provide legal consent for treatment
