Our Approach to Dental Care

Our entire team is dedicated to providing specialized dental care for your child. We treat children from newborn to age 18, as well as children with diverse needs.

Establishing The Children’s Dental Centre as your child’s dental home provides our team the opportunity to teach your child proper dental care and to focus on prevention, early detection, and treatment of dental problems. At The Children’s Dental Centre, our goal is to create a calm and kind environment while visiting the dentist. We look forward to watching the children grow and develop, and getting to know the entire family. Our team will help nurture healthy habits from a young age for a lifetime of great oral health.

Positive Dental Experiences for Your Child

Our team is made up of women who have dedicated many years at our office to giving children positive dental experiences. Every member of our team is very passionate about caring for children. From the paediatric dentists to the administrators, the dental assistants, and the hygienists, everyone plays an important role in making our office special. Our goal is to create the most positive experience for your family.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Out of courtesy for other families in our practice, we have a “missed appointment” and “short notice” cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. We understand that it may be necessary for you to reschedule or cancel your child’s appointment.

If you do need to make changes, please speak to a receptionist personally by phone at least 2 business days prior to your appointment to avoid a fee. We do not accept changes by voicemail, email, or text. Thank you for your understanding. This policy is essential for providing courteous service and care for all of our patients and their families.

Our Location

Dr. Masse and her team are available even when their office is closed. You can reach us by calling the emergency number 647-613-5437 at any time. Urgent dental issues typically include recent injuries to the mouth and/or teeth, tooth pain, swollen face from a tooth infection, fractured teeth or post-surgical inquiries. It is helpful to have photos of the dental issue, so you may want to take a few pictures with your phone and have them ready to send to us before calling. We know it’s not always easy to get a photograph, but just try your best.
